I don't really watch Oprah, but several years ago I saw an episode (or come to think of it, it could have been a magazine article...) that showed ideas for memory books and such things. This particular mom had a boy and a girl. Every year on their birthday she would dress them in the same clothes (one the dad's shirts for the boy and one of the mom's dresses for the girl) and take pictures. I thought it was a cute way to keep a record of their growth and so I decided to do the same thing for Zeke. I told Kirk about it and asked him to pick a shirt. I shouldn't have been surprised by his choice, and I wasn't actually, but it wasn't what I would have picked, so I did some in a plain white dress shirt as well. You can be the judge of which ones you like better. This is my favorite.

My sister requested a picture that showed Zeke's size better (she felt he was drowning in the shirts) so I posted this one as well. It might be a safer choice actually, because we know Gorilla will be with us forever, whereas with the way Kirk treats his clothes, who knows how long these shirts of Kirk's will last.

I love the idea. I hope you keep it up. I'd love to watch his growth. The scariest thing is that someday he will actually fill out those shirts.
I know! It's so hard to imagine...
