Catch up

Sometime in April I met the family at Knott's Berry Farm.

Kirk bought me silly Easter eggs and hid them around our apartment.

The Bridge program at Soka ended at the end of April. We took the students on a hike on the last day.

Since I had the whole month off, and Anna's hubby was gone, we both went up to Taft the first week of May. We decided to throw Derek a mini surprize party, including US wrapped in a giant box. Could you ask for a better present?

We took our first (and second) camping trips together in the Cleveland National Forest. It's a great location for being so close, but I don't think the rangers patrol at night. There were crazy people up all night screaming and partying. I wanted to stomp out of my tent and give them a piece of my mind. Other than that it was a fun trip =)

We took another trip to Taft near the end of May for Casey and Holly's birthdays (and Casey's baptism). Here's a silly collage of our frisbee golf game.

We are borderline addicted to Wii wakeboarding. Kirk got like 3000 points and I had to try to beat him. Maybe next time.

This is Kirk's Wii

For Kirk's birthday I hid his presents all around the apartment. He is so cute when he gets to open presents. I love it! I also love the 6 days out of the year when we are the same age.

Janice and Tony had us over for a birthday dinner. Kirk's parents were there too.

More birthday presents.
